A booking request is not proof that payment was received. Depending on the confirmed booking, payment may be arranged in full in advance, by partial deposit with a remaining balance later, in cash, or by physical card where available.

Confirm the arrangement first

The required amount and timing depend on the package, availability, partner and booking status. Keep written confirmation of the agreed amount, currency, method and due date.

Card and account safety

DesertRove will never need your card PIN, OTP, CVV or online-banking password through chat. Do not send these details to anyone. Physical card-terminal availability must be requested and confirmed in advance.

Payment records

A submitted request or estimated total does not mean payment has been received. Use the booking reference when asking the team to verify recorded payment status.
